Constitution for Republican Clubs.
We call the attention of our Repub
lican leaders to the following Constitu
tion, which will lie a good one for
them to adopt in organizing Republi
can Clubs:
ARTICLE I

This Club shall be known as the Union Kc- j

This Club is organized for the purpose of ad- ,
