ISAAC BROOKS', JR., CASE!
Go and see him and you wit L say the half has not been
told!!!
We the undersigned having visited Mr. Jasac
Brooks, Jr., at the office of Messrs. Rowand &
»Vaiton,373 Market street, Philadelphia, consider
his case the most remarkable one we have ever
witnessed or heard 01.
His disease was Scrofula, and terrible must have
oeen his twelve years' conflict with the destroyer!
His Palate, the entire roof of his Mouth,Nose,Upper
Lip, and lower lid of the Eye have been destroy
ed, nis Face nearly eaten up, and part of the Jaw
Bone carried away. And yet we can give no de
scnption of his case.
Mr. B. informs us that in January last, the whole
ruterior of liis mouth, as well a- most of his face
was a mass of deep and painful ulcers.
On the I4th of January last, ne commenced ta
king Hr. Cullen's Indian Vegetable Panacea, which
checked the disease in a few days, and from that
time the cure has progressed without intermission.
New flesh has supplied the place of the deep ul
cers, and though badly disfigured, his face is sound
and his general health is restored.
We are assured that in the treatment of Mr.
Brooks' case no Mercuiials, Ointments, or Caustic
applications have been used, —in fact, the Panacea
clone, has wrought this wonderful change.

A CERTAIN CURE FOR TIIE PILES.
Dr. Culleu’s Indian Vegetable Piles Remedy,
Is a domestic preparation, which has been used
with entire success for many years. Being an in
ternal medicine, it has decided preteience over
mtward applications, which are but paliatives and
lot curatives. This medicine acts upon the dis
eased parts, producing healthy action, and a per
manent cure, which we warrant, or refund the mo
aey.
NO CURENO PAY«
Dr. Cullen’s Indian Vegetable Remedy.
Warrented to cure, or the money returned.—
This medicine ia prepared from an Indian receipt,
obtained from one of them in the far West at great
expense. Those who have been familiar with the
Indians know that they can and do cure Venerial
without the knowledge of Murcury, Balsam, or
anything of the kind The afflicted have now an
opportunity of being cured without the danger ol
viprcury or the unpleasant use of Balsam. The
medicine is pleasant to the taste, and leaves no
smell on the breatn.
Dr. Cullen* Vegetable Indian Specific for
Female Complaints,
This medicine is fast taking the place of every
preparation heretofore used for diseases arising
from weaknes or other causes. All thatisneces

It speaks for itself-—is innocent in its operation

For the Cure of
COUGHS, COLDS, HOARSENESS,
BRONCHITIS, WHOOPING-COUGH,
CROUP, ASTHMA, AND
CONSUMPTION
THIS remedy is ottered to the community
with the confidence we iecl in an article
which saidom fails to realize ‘.he happiest effects
that can be desired. 6>o wi*e is the field ot its
usefulness, and so numerous the cases ot its cures,
that almost even section of the country abounds
in persons, publicly known, who have been re
stored from alarming and even desperate diseases
of the lungs by its use. When once tried, its su
periority over every other medicine of its kind, is
too apparent to e cape observation, and where its
virtues are known, the public no longer hesitate
what antidote to employ for the distressing and
dangerous affections ot the j ulmonary organs,
which are incident to our climate. And not only
the formidable attacks upon the lungs, but for the
milder varieties of Colds, Coughs, Hoarseness. c.
and for children it is the pleasantest auJ r est
medicine that can be obtained. No snould
be without it, and those who hav j •- -d it, never
will.
Read the opinion o* the following gentlemen,
who will be recognized in the various sections of
country where they are located—each and all as
merchants of the first class and ot the high
est character—as the oldest and most extensive
wholesale dealers in Medicine with an experience
unlimited on the subject ot which they speak. If
there is any value iu the judgement of experience,
see
THIS CERTIFICATE.
We, the unde, signed, Wholesale Druggists, hav
ing been for a long time acquainted with Ayer’s
Cherry Pectoral, hereby certify our belief that it
is the best and most effectual remedy tor Pu.mon
ary Complaints ever ottered to the American peo
ple. And we would, from our knowledge ot its
composition, and extensive usefulness, cordially
commend it to the afflicted as worthy their best
confidence, and with the firm conviction that it
will do for their relief all that medicine can do.
