ISAAC BROOKS', JR., CASE!

told!!!
We the undersigned having visited Mr. Jssac
Brooks, Jr., at the office «»f Messrs. Rowand &.
vValton,373 Market street, Philadelphia, consider
his case the most remarkable one we have ever
witnessed or heard oi.
His disease was Scrofula, and terrible musthave
been his twelve years' conflict with the destroyer!
His Palate, the entire roof of his Mouth,Nose,Upper
Lip, and lower lid of the Eye have been destroy
ed, nis Face nearly eaten up, and part of the
Bone carried away. And yet we can give no de
scriptiou of his case.
Mr. B. informs us that in January last, the whole
aterior of his mouth, as well a most of his face
was a mass of deep and painful ulcers.
On the 14th of January last, ae commenced ta
king Dr. Cullen's Indian Vegetable Panacea, which
checked the disease in a few days, and from that
time the cure has progressed without intermission.
New flesh has supplied the place of the deep ul
cers, and though badly disfigured, his face is sound
and his general health is restored.
We are assured that in the treatment of Mr.
orooks'ease no Mercuiials, Ointments, or Caustic
applications have been used, —in fact, the Panacea
elone,has wrought this wonderful change.

Dr. Culleu’s Indian Vegetable Piles Remedy,
Is a domestic preparation, which has been used
with entire success for many years. Being an in

Warrented to cure, or the money returned.—
This medicine is prepared from an Indian receipt,
obtained from one of them in the far West at great
expense. Those who have been familiar with the
Indians know that they can and do cure Venerial
without the knowledge of Murcury, Balsam, or
anything of the kind The afflicted have now an
opportunity of being cured without the danger ol
Vforenry or the unpleasant use of Balsam. The
medicine is pleasant to the taste, and leaves no
smell on the breath.

This medicine is fast taking the place of every
preparation heretofore used for diseases arising
from weaknes or other causes. All that is neces

is needed, is a trial.
It speaks for itself—is innocent in its operation
and no injury can arise from its use at any time.

For the Cure of
COUGHS, COLDS, HOARSENESS,
BRONCHITIS, WHOOPING-COUGH,
CROUP, ASTHMA, AND
CONSUMPTION
THIS remedy is offered to the community
with the confidence we feel in an article
which seldom fails to realize the happiest effects
that can be desired. £>o wi»'e is the fieid ot its
usefulness, and so numerous the cases oi its cures,
that almost everv section of the cormtry abounds
in persons, publicly known, who have been re
stored Irons planning and even desperate diseases
of the lungs by its use. When once tried, its su
periority over every other medicine of its kind, is
too apparent to e cape observation, and where its
virtues are known, the public no longer hesitate
what antidote to employ for the distressing and
uangerous affections ot the pulmonary organs,
which are incident to our climate. And not only
the formidable attacks upon the lungs, but for the
milder varieties ol Colds, Coughs, Hoarseness - c.
and for children it is the pleasantest an J rest
medicine that can be obtained. No fa.-j snouid
be without it, and those who hav i >-cd it, never
will.
Read the opinion of the following gentlemen,
who will be recognized in the various sections of
country where they are located—each and ail as
merchants of * the first class and ot the high
est character—as the oldest and most extensive
wholesale dealers in Medicine with an experience
unlimited on the subject oi which ihey speak. If
there is any value in the judgement of experience,
