Order Reconvening the Grand
Jury at the Adjourned Term
of Coffee Superior Court to
be Held the Second Monday
in December, 1907.
GEORGIA,-Coffee County.
The regula r October term 1907,
of Coffee Superior Court having
been adjourned over to reconvene
in an adjourned Session to be
held beginning the second Mon
day in December 1907. The reg
ular term having been formally
recessed on Friday,October 18th,
to reconvene on the second Mon
day in December as aforesaid and
it appearing to the Court that it
will be expedient to have a Grand
Jury in attendance upon said ad
journed Session:
It is therefore hereby consid
ered and ordered by the Court
that the Grand Jury chosen and
sworn for said October term of
Court shall return on the second
Monday in December at ten o’-
clock a. m for service as Grand
Jurors at said Adjourned session
of Court.
And it is further ordered that
the Clerk of this Court publish a
notice in one or more of the news
papers of said county requiring
the attendance of said Grand Ju
rors at said adjourned term of
Court. All members of the Pet
it Jury will also be expected to
be in attendance. Let this order
be placed on the Minutes of the
Court this Nov. 16th, 1907.

har’s “Ballsironen” number from “The
Merry Widow.” In less than three
weeks after production of'the piece at
Daly’s theater In London over 40,000
copies were sold.
The news comes from Paris that the
producers of “Salome” Incurred a loss.
The receipts, it is said, were 191,000
francs and the expenses 190,000 francs;
hence n deficit of 5,000 francs.
