William Clayton, a well-known citizen
of Richmond, Va., was found on a resi
dent street there Sunday morning, ter
ribly beaten. He was removed to a bos
pital, where lie died without regaining
consciousness.

cision of the arbitration committee, the
Norfolk strikers reject the oommittea's
decision. The strike is still on and trouble

The forty-sixth anniversary of the
founding of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon was
celebrated Saturday at the University of
