The state law says that a man
cannot register until he has paid
all the taxes he is legally due the

Hewlett A. Hall, has ruled that
the dog tax is legal, according to
the constitution of Georgia.
Therefore, if a man returns a

and omits his wife’s poodle, he
stands a good chance of being dis
franchised-
