The case of these men was tried
in W ayne county more than a year
ago aud the two Lyons were con¬
victed and sentenced to life impri¬
sonment by Judge Parker. The
case was carried to the supreme
court and a new trial was granted
them and the case was* then trans¬
ferred to Glynn county on a change
of venue. The case thou came up
in Glynn at Brunswick and great
difficulty was obtained iu securing
a jury. After the trial bail prog res
sad for several days it was found
that one of tli. jurors was di.sqalili
ed by reason of the fact that, ire
