Brain-Food Nonsense.
Another ridiculous food fad has been
branded by the most competent au
thorities. They have dispelled the sil
ly notion that one kind of food is
needed tor brain, another for muscles,
and still another for bones. A correct
diet will not only nourish a particular
part of the hotly, but it will sustain
every other part. Yet, however, good
your food may Tre, its nutriment is de
stroyed by indigestion or dyspepsia.
