ated. Mayor Davis recently ordered

TALKS OF AFRICA.
Edward Fuller, one of the negroes
who returned a few days ago from
Africa, gives out some interesting
facts about that country, and in an
interview with a newpaper in pcilla
he says:

high.
“Marriage license cost $5 each, but

as to diet, monkeys, snakes, Hazards
