The city tax assessors, Messrs. 1.
N'tewman, F. Me C. Brown and J.
W. Collins, commenced their annual in
spctlon tour for the purpose of as

week and they will be engaged in the
work for some time.
It Is understood that these officer"
will largely increase the assessment
