ON monday the 2Gth day of Janua ry inst, I will sell, at public out cry, eleven hundred and fifty acres of heavily ti nbered fine land, with ninety acres cleared and in a good state of culti vation, together will) tny saw and grist mills, the latter containing two pairs of Stones ; also a superior cotton Gin which is carried by water, with an excellent Screw attached, with all the fixtures be longing to each respeclnlly. The whole will be sold on a credit and possession given immediately, with the exception of the cleared land, which I shall reserve for one year. Three equal instalments will be given, the first to be come due on the first day of January 1853, and the next, one and two years thereafter. i will also sell at the same time and place, a lot of stock Hogs and Cattle, on a credit of eleven mouths. The above property is siuated in Ran dolph County Ga., on Pataula Creek, about equal distance from Fort Gaines and Georgetown, with a supply of wa ter which is constant and at all times suf ficient to propell double the quantity of machinery uow in operation. The saw mill is so constructed that anther saw can be attached with very little additional ex pense, and the demand for Lumber is far beyond the present capacity of the mill to supply, and constantaly increasing, and (lie custom work for the grist mill is also extensive, and increasing constantly.
