lowing desirable tracts of land, belonging to the
estate of J. Maddox, late of eaid county, de

That tract of land near Grovetown, Ga., in
eaid county, containing Two Hundred and
fortv-nine acres, more or Ipbh, bounded by
lands of F. F. Mosely, A. V. Beale, 8. N. Young
blood aud lands formerly belonging to estate
of said Maddox, said tract known as the “Day
Place,” and on which 8. T. Florence now
resides. Also one tract of land in said county,
near Grovetown, Ga., containing One Hundred
acres, more or less, and adjoining lands of Mrs.
Emily Green, Mrs. A. V. Beale, J. L. Newman
and T. J. W. Newman, and on which Jeff. D.
Blackstone now resides. Terms, one-third
cash, balance in twelve months with interest at
8 per cent, per annum.

First Tuesday in December 1886, within the
legal hours of sale, the following property,
belonging to the estate of George P Stovall
late of McDuffie county, deceased, to-wit: A
one-sixth undivided interest in a certain tract
of land, lying in Columbia County, Georgia,
known as the “Dunn” place, containing tour
hundred acres more or less, said place situated
about two miles north of Appling, Ixiunded on
the north by the Daniel Marshall plat e, east by
lands of Marion McDaniel, south by lands of
William Bolder, and west by Thomas Blalock
lands. Sold under an order from the Court of
Ordinary of McDuffie County, Georgia, granted
at the October Term 1886. Terms cash. Pur
chasers to pay for papers.

will be made to the next Legislature of the
State of Georgia to pass an act to repeal the
act passed at the last session of the Georgia
Legislature prohibiting Stock from running at (
