As I haven’t seen
anything in your paper from here
in some time I will write a few
dots.
Quite a crowd of the young peo¬
ple from here attended the annual
meeting at Mizpah Sunday last.
Mr. Frank Graves of Cairo vis
the family of Mr. J. M. Burgess a
few days last week.
Mr. Lonnie Adams of Pelham
was a welcome visitor here last
week.
Mrs. C. Prevatte is visiting her
mother at Moultrie this week.
Mr. Oswell Burgess made a bus¬
iness trip to Pelham today.
Mrs. J. B. Hurst visited rela¬
tives in Pelham last week, and
was accompanied home by her
granddaughter.
MissBelva Bailey, Miss Jame
Cochran and Mr. Luther Baggs
from Camilla spent a pleasant af¬
ternoon with Miss Bullard last
week.
Say! Ciuess what two young
men from here went fishing Sun¬
day.
Miss Cecil Burgess is visiting
friends and relatives near Pelham
a few days this week.
Miss Lucy Williford and Mr.
Willie Joiner were out driving one
afternoon last week.
Mr. Edgar Fitzgerald who has
been visiting home folks returned
to Athens Saturday to finish his
studies.
Miss Belva Bailey seemed to
enjoying herself Sunday afternoon
out driving with her best fellow.
