Theft At The Maxwell
House.
Some one entered the room oc¬
cupied by Mr. Davis, the electric
theatre man, and Mr. Wood, who
manages the Akridge livery
stables at the Maxwell House
Tuesday night aud rifled their
pockets.
The burglar seems to have been
after nothing but money, as
there is no evidence of his having
taken anything except several
dollars in cash which he found in
their pockets. A suit case which
had been carried out of the room
was left out on the front porch.
