The following ordinance was
adopted: Be it ordained, That
it shall be unlawful for any per¬
son to hitch any animal to any
electric light, telegraph or tele¬
phone pole, or to any fixtures
pertaining to these, or to any
awning pole. Any one violating
this ordinance shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and shall upon
conviction be fined not exceeding
$5.00 or sentenced to work on the
streets, or to confinmenb in guard
house not exceeding 10 days.
