One and one-half cups of sugar, three-fourths cup of but ter, one-half cup of sweet milk, two cups of flour, the yelks of eight eggs, one-half teaapoonful of cream of tartar one-fourth teaapoonful of soda and one cup of currants or chopped raisins Bake in a long, narrow tin, and when done turn over and frost ths under side.
