Rogers has paid nearly all the purchase price of said lots of land, and is ready to pay the balance—and the said William P. Rog ers having petitioued this Court to direct John Murphy, executor of the estate of the said Willis Gorham, and -c’d, to execute him titles to said lots of land, in conformity with said bond.
