that 12.31 acres, more or less,

a plat of survey prepared for
Edward Tatro & Keitha Tatro

Surveyor, dated October 2,
2002, revised October 28,
2002, revised January 2, 2003,
recorded in Plat Book 27, Page
89, in the Office of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Banks
County, Georgia and incorpo
rated herein and made a part
hereof by reference for a more
detailed description.
The debt secured by the
Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due because
of, among other possible events
of default, non-payment of said
loan. The debt remaining in
default, this sale will be made
for the purpose of paying the
same and all expenses of this
sale, including attorney's fees.

the property of Edward L. Tatro
and Keitha L. Tatro, and subject
to the outstanding ad valor
