This report is based on Fiscal Year from July 1st through June 30th. The final cost for the jail is more than the original
estimate. This increase is due to items such as engineering, grading, grassing, lighting, paving and septic installation not
included in contractor's price. The final cost for the recreation facility is more than the original estimate. This increase was due
to the lowest competitive bid exceeding the original projected cost as well as additional site preparation required and necessary
building material changes. The additional funding will come from other projects that come in under projected cost. All projects
remain on schedule for completion.
