THIS Seminary, located at Villa Norva, near A Cuthbert, Randolph county, was opened on the 16th instant, under circumstances decidedly en couraging. The Trustees are determined to use every (ffort to sustain a School equal to any in the Btate ; and they believe that the system of instruction which they have adopted will secure to the pupil a thorough and accomplished education. The great object aim ed at will be to give character to tho young ladies, and that kind of mental and moral discipline which will fit them for usefulness in any sphere of life. The pupils of the Institution will be required to attend public worship, on every Lord's day, butthe instructions of parents and guardians respecting the place of worship, shall be observed.
