Waycross, Ga, Daoembsr 11— It is
reported here that two Waycross boys,
both of whom are well connected, have
gotten into what is likely to prove
serious trouble.
It is said that the boys rau away
from home, and Monday night they
were in the vicinity of B agruiza, a
small station on the Waycrots and
Jacksonville division of the Pi.^n ,
System, While there, it is claimed, the
boys broke into some shanties occupi
ed by negroes, drew their pistols and
frightened off the inmates, after which ;
they proceeded to help tbemasdvss to
everything in sight.
The ci'izeus of the community M*;
outraged at what the youngsters bad
done and accordingly organized a parly
of eighteen or twenty men and we.it in
search of the runaways. They put
some bloodhounds on their track arm
after a long obase the boys were
overtaken.
The crowd took the boy 6 to Madge,
where they boarded the train for Blaok
t hear, tbe county site, it is presumed;
to put them in jail.
A Wayorosa gentleman charmed to i
be in Mudge at the time and fee used
every effort to seoure the release of the
boys, but his pleadings and entreaties
were in vain.
Just what tbe speoifle charge will be
against the young men is not known.
