Georgia Miller County.
Will be sold before the Court House
door in said county, between the legal
hours of sale on the 20th, day of Janu
ary 1912, to the highest bidder for cash
the following described land:
42 acres of land, more or less, in the
north-west corner of lot of land No, 52
in the 26th, district of said county,
bounded: North by land of H, C. Mock,
east and south by lands of J. W. Hays
and west by lond of T. M. Bowen. Said
land sold as the property of B. A.
Glass under and by virtue of a certain
deed with power of sale executed by B.
A. Glass to J. S. Bush on March 7th,
1908, which deed with power of sale
appears of record in book “S”, folio
341 records of mortgages of said coun
ty. Said deed with power of sale au
thorizing me to sell said land and also
authorizing me to execute title thereto
in the name of B. A. Glass. The
amount that is now due to J. S. Bush
on said deed with power of sale is
$112.20 principal, $28.41 interest, and
$14,06 attorney’s fees, besides the cost
of advertising said property.
