Infant Dies.
Little Reesie, the eleven months
old son of Mr and Mrs L. E. Phil
lips passes away Sunday just be
fore the dawning of the day at
their home near Babcock after a
b'itf illness with pneumonia.
The fond young parents have
the sympathy of many friends in
the loss of the bud of humanity
which was allowed to remain with
them only long enough to entwine
the tendrils of the parental hearts
around its innocent form.

loor in said county on the Ist Tuesday
in August, 1912, within the legai hours

One gray mare, about five years old,
and one gray colt about eighteen
months old. Said property levied on as
the property of J. 1. Spooner to satisfy
an execution issued on the 12th day of
June, 1912, from the City Court of said
county in favor of the Citizens Bank of
Iron City against J. I. Spooner.

be sold; Two iron gray horse mules,
about seven years old, levied on as the
