day of April 1913, an Election will b»
held in said city of Colqnitt at which
will-be submitted to the qualified voters

whether Bonds shall be issued by saic;
City in t! e aggregate amountof Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) principal
as following.
Bonds in the amount of Ten. Thousand,
($10,000.00) aggregate principal, foi
’ the purpose of providing funds in the.
amount with which to estat lish a sys
tem of Cowers in said l ivy. and Bond;
in the amount of Five Thousand dollars
$5,000.00 aggregate piivupal for tht j

All Bonds shall bear date of May Ist,
1913, shall be in denominations of Fivt
Hundred Dollars $500.00 each shall beai

5 1-2 per cent per annum payable semi
annually on the first day of May and
November in eace year and the princi
pal of said bonds shall be due and pay
able on the first day of May 1943, when
all of said gonds shall be fully paid of
