Killed In Wreck
Wednesday evening, the 25th
ult, at 8 30 o’clock, Mr Bill
bert, about eighteen years old was
driving hie father’s Dodge oar or
a public highway three miles out
from Iron City, when he lost con
trol of if. The machine ran into
a ditch. It turned over in frcn*
of the home of Mr John Martin,
and caught young Mr. Limber 1
beneath it.
The driver was accompanied by
a young friend, Mt Marsette War
dell, who escaped severe injury
Finding it impossible to get Mt
Lambert out from under the car
without help, Mr Wardell scream
ed for assistance from the Mariii
residence; but not enough were at
home to lift the automobile. B'

Mr Lambert had passed away
His body was then carried to th<
home of his parents, Mr and Mrs

said indebtedness being default by the
terms of said security deed, and being
upaid. the said Farkas Trust Co., as

which negro restaurants are now loca
ted. Also two city lots op north side
of Depot street, described in deeds
from J. W. Bailey and G. W. Cook &
Bro., containing 2 brick stores and
printing office. The land lots hereinbe
fore described all being in the 12 dist.
of Miller county, Ga. Also that prop
erty which Christal Cook died, seized
and possessed, being all of lot 186 ex
cept ihe northeast one quarter of said
lot in the 12 dist. of Baker county, Ga.,
and all of lot 256 in the 12 dist. of Mil
ler county, Ga.
