The petition of S. M. Watson, G. W.
Watson and W. G. Watson, all of said
State and County, shows:
Ist: That petitioners and their asso
ciates desire to be incorporated under
the name of “S. M. Watson, Incorpor
ated, ” for the period of twenty (20)
years with the right of renewal. The
object to said corporation being for
pecuniary gain and to carry on a gener
al real estate business, to buy and sell
mules, horses, wagons, buggies, farm
implements; operate a store or stores
of any kind or character; loan money
take security therefor; buy and sell
cotton, peanuts and any farm produce
that they see fit; to emeumber or mort
gage any property belonging to said
corporation and to sell any evidence of
debts of any kind or character that
they see fit; to engage in the General
Insurance and Loan Business; to be
contractor® and builders for improving
lands, roads and bridges; to buy ano
sell cattle or hogs, and automobiles and
accessories.
2nd: The principal office of saideor
poration will be at Colquitt, Georgia,
said County, but they desire the right
to establish branch offices in this and
other States.
3rd; The capital stock of the Com
pany will be $16,000.00 ten per cent of
which has been paid in. The shares
of said corporation is divided into de
nominations of One Hundred Dollars
each. They desire the privilege of in
creasing the capital stock from time to
time by majority vote of the stock
holders, the amount not to exceed One
Hundred Thousand Hollars ($100,060.-
(0). They desire that the stock sub
scriptions may be paid in cash or pro
perty at a fair valuation, and that they
may issue a per cent of perftrred stock
if they so determine. They desire all
the rights and privileges conferred up
on simiiisr corporations that is provid
ed by the official Code of said State
with all amendments thereto.
Wherefore,'they pray this petition
be filed advertised as required by
law, and that an order be granted and
passed granting the prayers of this
petition.

I Land Records of Miller County, Geor
-1 gia, conveyed to the Pearsons-Taft
I Land Credit Company, a corporation,
‘ the following described real estate in
Miller County, Georgia, to-wit:
All of Lot 262 except the West 50
acres of the North 75 acres; the West
75 acres of Lot 292; and all of Lot 298;
except two acres in the Southwest cor
ner thereof; all in the 12th Land Dis
trict.
To secure the promissory note of
said James G. Kimbrel for the sum of
Ten Hundred Eighty-nine and 45-100
Dollars payable in install
ments, and in said deed provided that

pany might declare the unpaid baUnce
