The appeal case of Seaborn Dun
sou was called and Mr. Dunsou be
ing called and not appearing, his
bond was forfeited.
Mr. Tom Sam Smith a witness in
tbe case, who was fined at last meet
ing for not answering, was present
aud rendered his excuse.
Aiderman Grifteth moved that in
asmuch as Mr. Smith had attended
for two or three previous meetings,
aud the case not tried, that the hue
be remitted. Adopted.
