STOLEN from my lot on the evening of the 9th
\ of July last, one of my HARNESS HORSES,
■iinL r-mJL about 11 years old, 15 or 15£ hands high—a sor
rel. He is a very notable horse from the fact that he has
bumps much resembling young horns over his eyes—quite
raw-hone looking. It is supposed a negro belonging to
Mr. Henry Spier, of Mclntosh, rode him off—the negro be
ing seen on him and was lodged in Griffin Jail when next
heard from. Any information to me or C. T. Deupree in
Griffin, will be thankfully received aud amply compensa
ted. My residence is about 4 miles from Mclntosli, Ivinch
afoonecounty, and 4 miles from Richland, on the Columbus

YjpIIK undersigned Rave opened, in the city of Atlanta, an
J- Infirmary, for the reception of patients laboring under
medical or surgicaltrcatment.
An intelligent nurse and faithful servants will be in con
stant attendance, and will give their attention to the sick at
all hours, and :y or night, when required.
The surgical department will he under the control of
W. F. WESTMORELAND,
who will give prompt attention to injuries, and every variety
. of disease requiring surgical operations.
The usual fees adopted by the physicians of the city will

By the skilful and sanitary application and use of pure
air and water, and proper diet, with exercise and control of
the passions, the desponding sick may yet hope for health

palliated by this system.
