been believed that br in feebleness
produces cigarette smoking in both
men and boys. Bruin feebleness
should be avoided.
Rev. Sam Jones is preaching at the
Methodist camp meeting at High
Bridge, Ky. It seems that he has
there struck the toughest crowd of
Pharisaical Christians and sinners he
has yet encountered. At his first
sermon he only had six mourners.
He is determined to wake the people
** i up before he quits them, however.
A young man at Rogersville J
’ Tenn., was considerably embarrass
e<l the other night when a pistol fell
from his pocket in a ballroom ami
‘went off,’ killing a beautiful young
lady. He succeeded in skipping the
town, unfortunately, before anyone
had a chance to give him a first class
kicking.
