The third grade gifted students from all five Madison County elementary schools vis

engaged them in the history, religion, geography, and archaeology of ancient Egypt and
its rulers. The exhibition was divided into rooms that contained artifacts from many
pharaohs and concluded with rooms that contained the artifacts from each room (ante
chamber, burial chamber, royal treasury) of King Tut’s tomb, which was unearthed by
Howard Carter in 1922.
