subject to any outstanding
ad valorem taxes (includ
ing taxes which are a lien,

payable), the right of redemp
tion of any taxing authority,
any matters which might be
disclosed by an accurate sur
vey and inspection of the
property, any assessments,

superior to the Security Deed

intention to collect attorney's
fees in accordance with the
terms of the Note secured by
