Ga., April I. May the Father
guide in all that is said and done.
Since death of Mrs Fulcher an
other beautiful spirit has taken its
flight from among us and gone to
realms of joy and light. Sister
Fulcher was our agent for Our
Home, and was ever ready to lend
a helping hand in all our plans of
usefulness. While we deplore her
loss, we know that she sees her
Savior face to face, and that if
faithful we shall meet her again.

"They that wait upon the Lord
shalf renew their strength; they
shall mount up with wings, as
eagles; they shall walk and not
faint."—Isa. ii, 31.
"Look onward to the shining gate,
Thy upward patli persue;
So shall thy furrows all !>e straight.
If eye and heart he true.
Expect not with unquiet mind.
To reap the harvest now.
If thou the golden sheaves would si
bind,
In hope and patience plow.
Still for Christ’s sake with gladness
toil,
Let not thy faith grow dim,
What seems to thee but barren
soil,
May not be so to llim.
Remember lie is always near,
His angels watch thy way;
Then till the fuller light appear,
Still toil and trust and pray.
Christ came 10 lift men np to a
higher, truer and nobler life.
This is our mission too, for He
wishes us to continue the glorious
work which He began.
If we could fully realize that we
arc sent from Christ to every new
duty, to every needy home, it
would put new meaning unto our
life, Then would we go forth each
day sent by the Master, for the
day’s tasks and would hasten to
finish them ere the setting sun.
Time is short
If thou would’st work for Cod,
It must be now;
If thou wouldst win the garland
For thy brow.
REDEEM THE TIME.
Ruth Hargrove Institute, Key-
West, has enrolled 372 students
this year, and the popularity of the
school grows. The foundation for
the pricipal’s home is now laid,
and it is hoped that it may he ready
for use by summer and the build
ings for class rooms and dormito
ries will soon be under way.
More than one hundred young
teachers are receiving normal
training at Sue Bennett School,
London, Ky„ this year.
Miss Margaret Ragland, dea
coness at St. Marks Hall, New Or
leans, La., has been preparing her
self for service, particularly among
the Italian women by conducting
a Bible class in Italian.
Miss Addie Mitchell, our dea
coness at Lindale, is to join a party
of Christian workers who go to the
Holy Land for especial Bible study.
Our Home Mission workers of
our city are greatly grieved over
the sudden death recently of Mrs.
Leila Franklin, who went from our
church to Kansas City to receive
training for the work of a dea
coness. Lovely in character, with
her life consecrated to the Master,
she was, indeed, a beautiful type
of a true and pure Christian and I
feel sure would have filled well the
useful and responsible position of
deaconess; I feel that earth is bet
ter from the example of her lite
and Heaven richer.
Rest thou gently dearest one,
From thy labors nobly done,
Some sweet day we’ll join thee
there,
In that land so bright and fair.

Home Mission workers are
