Analyzing our appearance
Hair is a beautiful thing to have,
and if it’s on your head you must take
care of it. Hair that is dry, brittle, or
dull often gives you the warning signs
that someth mg is not right with you
body.
You are pretty much what you eat.
Animals that are correctly fed, well
exercised, groomed and rested have
good aoats — so do people. So, good
nutrition and regular exercise help
you hair look good. Also ask your
barber about good grooming.
Arms
Aims should be smooth and well
muscled. The muscles, if they are in
good condition, should be loo.se and
pliable when relaxed. For the thick,.
tough arm we should resort to
massage and then exercise.
Face and Neck
The face and neck are among our
most important assets. If the body has
tone, the face and neck will have tone.
Sagging lines often indicate strain,
stress, and diet deficiency. It’s
probable to say that when tone has
returned to the body, circulation has
improved, and excess fat is burned
away, the face and neck will go along. .
If nature can’t restore youthful,
healthy lines because of bad neglect,
there is still an answer. Plastic
surgery. No face needs sloppy jowls or
swinging dewlaps, and there is no
need to endure them! Only emotional
harm can come from this.
Advancement in plastic surgery in
the last 30 years has made such
surgery almost routine. So don’t be
afraid or embarrassed about surgery.
Thmk about it: the “beautiful trick”
you had last night might have had
face surgery!
Still, let nature have a chance to do
the job, and to put the entire body in
top shape before taking such a step.
Allow at least six months for general
exercise and nutrition program to
indicate the rate of facial recovery.
After that much honest effort, you can
consider surgery in good conscience.
Shoulders
To be round-shouldered, one does
not have to be emotionally tense or
shy. Even athletes suffer from this.
Watch the shoulders of basketball
players and boxers. They spend so
much time with their hands out front
and shoulders closed in.
Unless they have really good
trainers, they stand like the shy girl
with a bust! Then later, when they put
on 40 pounds, they add the drooping
bust as well! The correction is in
dicated by the cause. The shortened
pectorals must be stretched and the
upper back muscles strengthened.
Poor posture rarely improves
without conscious, well-directed
effort. If you shoulders droop, if they
pull forward — then put in extra time
on all shoulders exercises.
Chest
When the shoulders lie back and
straight, the chest isn't much of a
problem. However, this is a favorite
area for fat deposits, and the well-
mu sded youth who worked hard with
weight training often finds that as he
gets older (putting more time in at
the office and less at his exercises) he
is growing a bust!
Next time you are strolling along
the beach or at a bath house, take a
look at even some of the younger
chicken. You will see that many of
them are covered with a layer of
lumpy fat — not baby fat. just plain
fat! Your fat w3! have to go. via
exercising and diet.
Waist
When you w r atdi TV and see
commercials for gimmicks, so-called
magic belts and the like, don’t you
believe it! Exercise and (worth
repeating again) diet are the only
ways to achieve a slender, more
appealing waist.
Thighs
Fat or heavy thinghs can show up
at any time and often do in early
childhood. Not only do thighs run into
fat, but like shoulders, they are
w*;
subject to tension and therefore can
produce fatty deposits.
The resulting fat is obvious, so
; exercise th em as often as possible, cut
: calories and carbohydrates. Also have
them messaged quite often. Find a
masseur who is stong, well trained,
and merciless.Tell him you don’t
want to be relaxed or comfortable, you
want those lu mpy layers of fat off!
Go to him in the morning while he’s
Mill fresh enough to take you apart.
After a few weeks’ progress, you will
mind less and will be able to take
more. You will see results, but in will
take time.
Buttocks
Nobodys likes a mushy bottom.
Physical condition will tell you a lot
about the person you are dealing with.
The man of action moves quickly and
well. Th e other kind of person finds it
difficult to “get the lead out.”
ATso there is another disadvantage,
there is weight there. All other things
being equal, the mush-bottom makes
an inadequate sex partner and often
boasts of powers he neither possesses
nor should make into a topic of
conversation if he does.
With fashion styles for the most
part showing the curve of the rear
end, thoroughly exercised buns will
work wonders for your sex life should
you lack in other physical areas.
So, guys, work those buns silly, and
then enjoy your man at night! Good
hard exercise and diet play a great
part for a sexier-looking pair of buns.
Mixed with a sausage they make a
great combination.
