Payment of the correct amount must be

contractor each calendar month based

specifications. Retainage as prescribed

withheld. On all projects, retainage may
be deposited in escrow accounts at the
option of the contractor. Final payment
of amounts withheld or deposited in
escrow will not be made until the State
Highway Engineer has certified that the
work has been satisfactorily completed
and accepted.
The State reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.

bill to amend an Act providing- a new
charter for foe City of Warner Robins in
Houston County, approved March 7,
1978 (Ga. L. 1978, p. 3081), as
amended, so as to change the corporate
limits of said city; to provide for a city
manager and his or her qualifications,
appointment, powers and duties,
compensation, and removal from office;
to provide for other matters relative to
foe office of city manager; to change the
provisions relating to foe mayor, mayor
pro-tern, and city council including foe
powers and duties of such officers and
council; to change the provisions
relating to foe compensation of foe
mayor; to change foe provisions relating
to budgets, contracting and purchasing
procedures, and the sale and
disposition of property; to provide for a
referendum election in 1995 to allow foe
voters to determine whether foe office of
city manager shall be implemented; and

You and each of you are hereby
notified that on the sth day of April,
1994, between the hours of 10:00 a.m.
and 400 p.m., the undersigned levied a
certain execution from the Superior
Court of Houston County in favor of
Kenny Masters and against said
defendants, Samuel Rountree, Jr. and
Eloise Rountree, on the following land:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot 178 of the Tenth
Land District of Houston County,
Georgia, and being 2.00 acres as more
fully shown on plat of survey for Samuel
Rountree, Jr., by Richard L. Jones,
Surveyor, dated August 30,1974, and a
copy of which is recorded in Plat Book
18, Page 172, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court. Said plat and the
recorded copy thereof are incorporated
herein by reference thereto for all
purposes.
