NOTICE OF SALE UNDER PoWER
Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in a Security Deed given by
Brenda L. Bull to Collateral Investment
Company, dated April 24, 1986, recorded
in Deed Book 716, Page 497, Houston
County, Georgia Reoords, as last
transferred to AmSouth Mortgage
Company, Inc. by assignment dated July 1,
1987, recorded in Deed Book 774, Page
735, Houston County, Georgia Records,
conveying the after-described property to
secure a Note in the original principal
amount of SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND &
NO/100 DOLLARS ($64,000.00), with
interest thereon as set forth therein, there
will be sold at public outcry to the highest
bidderforcash before the courthouse door
of Houston County, Georgia, within the
legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in
May, 1994, the followingdescribed property:

All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 149 of the Fifth
Land District of Houston County, Georgia,
being known and designated as Lot 14,
Block “C", Extension No. 4, Tanglewood
Estates Subdivisions, according to a plat of
survey recorded in Map Book 18, Page
104, Clerk’s Office, Houston Superior Court.
Said plat and the recorded thereof are
hereby made a part of this description by
reference thereto for all purposes.
Also includes: range/oven, dishwasher,
garbage disposal, vent fan, wall-to-wall
carpet.
The debt secured by said Security Deed
has been and is hereby declared due
because of, among other possible events
of default, failure to pay the indebtedness
as and when due and in the manner
provided in the Note and Security Deed.
The debt remaining in default, this sale will
be made for the purpose of paying the
same and all expenses of this sale, as
provided in the Security Deed and by law,
including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to
collect attorney’s fees having been given).
Said property will be sold subject to any
outstanding ad valorem taxes (including
taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and
payable), any matters which might be
disclosed by an accurate survey and
inspection of the property, any
assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning

tenants and said property is more commonly

Trust Company Mortgage, dated October
9,1980, recorded in Deed Book 582, Page
131, Houston County, Georgia Records,
as last transferred to Federal National
Mortgage Association by assignment dated
December 11, 1980, recorded in Deed
Book 585, Page 647, Houston County,
Georgia Records, conveying the after
described property to secure a Note in the
original principal amount of THIRTY SIX
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY &
NO/100 DOLLARS ($36,850.00), with
interest thereon as set forth therein, there
