because of, among other possible events
of default, non-payment of the monthly
installments on said loan. The debt
remaining in default, this sale will be made
for the purpose of paying the same and all
expenses of this sale, including attorney's
fees. Said property will be sold subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes, special
assessments, unpaid utility billsconstituting
liens against the property, and all security
deeds, liens and encumbrances existing

by the undersigned, Robins Federal Credit
Union, at public outcry to the highest bidder
for cash, before the courthouse door in

hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May,

Said Deed to Secure Debt having been

Note has become in default as to principal

Debt has been declared due at once

of default, failure to make payments due in

last been sold, assigned, transferred, and
