Wedding plans are set for Saturday, May 28, 1994 at 4 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel Marine Corps Air Station, New River, Jacksonville, N.C. to the organization. HODAC’s Rape Crisis program provides free service to victims of rape and their families. The Rape Crisis program has been serving the citizens of Houston County since 1981. Ms. Serna has been a volunteer with HODAC’s Rape Crisis program since January 1994 and Ms. Smith has been a volunteer since November 1984.
