Waldrlp collected a single, RBI and stolen base In three trips to the plate. Kellwood, from 6A Kellwood defence and came back with two runs in the bottom of the third to tie the game at three. Whiddon started the inning by lifting a single over first into right. A bad throw to the infield allowed him to advance to second, where a second bad throw allowed him to go to third. He was able to score when the thirdbaseman overthrew the catcher at home. Sexton followed, reaching base on an error. After stealing second, he took third on a passed ball, taking home when the catcher’s throw to third went into left field. However, Kellwood would regain the lead in the fourth. Adam Arcos reached on an error, went to second on a wild pitch and third on a passed ball. Two outs later, Jacob Poole reached with a walk. Both scored on Rowland's single to right.
