Would it surprise you if it didn't feel better afterwards? More commonly, very slight dislocations known as "subluxations" in a joint can become extremely aggravated if forced to exercise. The subluxations occur after most sprains or strains. They're almost always involved when a nerve is irritated. So where does exercise fit in? Exercise is crucial in order for a joint to recuperate fully but must be done at the right time. First the joint must be mechanically sound. Tears and subluxations must be ruled out. The joint has to be moving properly. It shouldn't be painful or swollen. Healing should be well on its way, then light exercise can begin. A morning stroll should be enjoyable and pain free whether after an injury or not. Meet Perry High School’s Class of 1994 Sonya Marie Adams Lyvetta Anitra Alexander Lawren Michelle Anderson Joseph T.
