Officials at AAA Auto Club South urge motorists to remember that now school is out of session for the summer, to be aware of the increase in numbers of children playing near or on roadways. "Both parents and motorists need to do their part to protect our children during these summer months," said Randy Bly, director of traffic safety for AAA Auto Club South. Motorists and pedestrians need to be extra alert when the weather is bad. 3. Be seen at night.
