Poythress announces DUA benefits for Georgia State Labor Commissioner David Poythress said today that residents of 31 Georgia counties may qualify for federal Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA), due to flooding and inclement weather conditions. The counties include: Bibb, Butts, Calhoun, Clayton, Coweta, Crawford, Dooly, Dougherty, Early, Fayette, Fulton, Henry, Houston, Jones, Lamar, Lee, Macon, Meriwether, Monroe, Peach, Pike, Randolph, Spalding, Sumter, Talbot, Taylor, Terrell, Troup, Twiggs, Upson and Webster.
