Good Citizen Award as a senior at Perry High School, told the Rotary Club that he has dedicated himself to public service since his high school years, citing as one of the reasons he moved back to Perry was a "lack of my fulfillment in the civic arena." "I would like to join the com mission and offer my services to the county and the commission," said Ragin. "The opportunity to serve is a responsibility I do not take lightly."
