For Kinnas, the opportunity
couldn’t have come at a better time.
“I’m really excited to be here.
I’m looking forward to helping
promote Perry Hospital to the

“She knows the people here, and

assistant at Wesfleld Schools.
Tolleson joins staff
as facility assistant
at Wesfield Schools
By JIMMY SIMPSON
Staff Writer
It’s been several years since
Marti Tolleson attended high
school. Seven years to be exact.
But when the opportunity to return
came her way, Tolleson couldn’t
pass up the opportunity.
Tolleson began her new duties
Monday as the administrative
assistant to the headmaster, Dr.
Michael Drake, at Westfield
Schools.
Tolleson, the former director of
public relations at Perry Hospital,
replaces Karen Andrews. The latter
left to pursue a career in teaching.
Tolleson’s new position will
offer the same opportunity to
continue a line of work which she
has enjoyed over the past several
years.
The 25-year-old recently left her
hospital post after 2 1/2 years and
didn’t actually plan on returning to
the work place.
“But when Dr. Drake called and
asked if I would be interested in
interviewing for the job, I couldn’t

“We feel like we stole her from

for the birthday, they also had the
in-laws to meet with them.
This month, after lunch, they
