On the 29th day of July, 1993, LEE
ROY KENDRICK executed a deed to
secure debt in favor of FARMERS &
MERCHANTS BANK securing a note of
even date, said indebtedness being due
and payable in accordance with the terms
and conditions contained in said note, said

1038, Pages 676-678, Clerk’s Office,

By virtue of the power of sale contained
in said deed to secure debt, there will be

The debt secured by said deed to secure

due performance of the covenants therein

payments on the promissory note and deed

reasonable attorney’s fees.
