Gilmore, Thomas are united in
beautiful ceremony in Alabama
Stacey Lynn Gilmore of
Montgomery, Ala. and Lt. Joseph
Curtis Thomas of Wichita Falls,
Texas, were married on Saturday,
July 23, 1994 in the St. Peter’s
Catholic Church in Montgomergy,
AI.
Stacey is the daughter of Barbara
Payne of Fort Deposit, Al. and
Oliver Gilmore of Dadeville, Al.
Joe is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Edward Curtis Thomas of Perry.
Father Marcus Voss, 0.5.8. of
Cullman, uncle of the groom,
officiated the service.
The Matron of Honor was Mrs.
Ronald Reldner of Fayetteville,
sister of the groom; Bridesmaids
were Miss Donna Maynard of
Birmingham, Al., friend of the
bride, Mrs. Michael Tilley of
Gainesville, FI., friend of the bride,
Mrs. Michael McGowan of
Asheville, N.C., sister of the
groom, and Miss Jennifer Johnson
of Phenix City, Al., stepsister of
the bride. The Flower Girl was
Miss Frances Voss of Decatur, Al.,
cousing of the groom.
Best Man was Mr. Edward C.
Thomas of Perry, father of the
groom. Groomsmen were: Lt. Joe
McFall and Lt. Pat Thompson,
both of Wichita Falls, Texas, Lt.
Derek Paulk of Destin, Fl„ Lt.
Steve Hodge of Columbus, Ms.,
Lt. Jeff Reid of Great Falls, Mt.;
Ushers were Mr. Andrew Gladu of
Atlanta and Mr. Tracy Green of
Perry. All were friends of the
groom.
A reception was held at St.
Peter’s Parish Hall in Montgomery,
Al. Stacey and Joe are living in
Wichita Falls, Texas.

Whitlock of Tallahassee were
married on Saturday, May 7, 1994
at the Episcopal Church of the
Advent in Tallahassee.
Kristin is the daughter of Jean
Vance Norris of Melbourne,
originally from Perry, and William
Eugene Whitlock 111 of Tallahassee,
and is the granddaughter of Mrs.
Louise Vance of Perry and niece of
Don Vance of Perry. She attended
Tallahassee Community College.
The groom is the son of Dr. and
Mrs. Steve Hering of Navarre 3each
and Earle James Esner of Shell
Point. He graduated from Florida
State University and is Vice
President of Key West Nutrition in
Key West, Florida.
The couple will live on Big Pine
Key.

grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs.
