The meeting will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Community Service Center located on Lumpkin Street in Hawkinsville, Georgia. The proposed projects consist of the widening and reconstruction of SR 11/US 341 from just south of Haynesville and extend 10.4 miles southeast along SR 11/ US 341 to the existing four-lane section in Hawkinsville and include widening the bridge over Buck Creek. From the CR 103 intersection to the SR 11/US 341 North and SR 11 Spur/US 341 South intersection, the proposed roadway would be a four-lane section with a 20-foot wide raised median with 10-foot shoulders (four-foot paved) and ditches left and right.
