(The following items are incident reports from the Perry Police Department for the period Sept. 29-Oct. 3) Cash stolen Willie Lane, of 1109 Gaines Dr., told police that someone had stolen a wallet from his residence containing $440 in cash sometime between 8 p.m. on Sept. 29 and 9:08 a.m. on Sept 30. Car hit with bat Angela Gray, ot 119 Village Blvd., complained to police that a black male had hit her car with a baseball bat after becoming upset with her on Oct. 2. Robbery by force Bill Fellows, an employee with the carnival, told police that she had been robbed by force on Sept 30 at 12:31 p.m. Shoplifting Nancy Luna, an employee of the Tog Shop, complained to police that someone had left that store without paying for $142.80 worth of clothing sometime between 12:45 p.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 30. Intoxicated jaywalker Police arrested Deana Rogers, of 1323 W.F. Ragin Dr., after receiving a call that the woman was stepping out into traffic while appearing to be intoxicated on Sept. 30 at 1:37 p.m. Food stamps stolen Jacinta Lawson, of 1814 Kings Chapel Rd., reported to police that someone had stolen food stamps from her residence on Sept. 30 at 11:42 p.m. Driving without a license Jimmie Lee Odom, of a Marshallville address, was arrested by police after being stopped for a traffic violation on Sept. 30 at 4:38 p.m. He was charged with driving without a license, driving with defective equipment and violation of a probation warrant Driving intoxicated Bernard Dove, of an Elko address, was arrested by police after being observed weaving along the roadway on Sept. 30 at 10:09 p.m. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Wallet lost Brenda Pritchett, of 1003 Park Ave., reported to police that she had lost a wallet sometime between 7:50 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Sept. 30. Car damaged Jerry McGukin, of 1029 Cherokee Rd., complained to police that someone had scratched his 1991 Chevrolet Camaro while it was parked at the Perry High School sometime between 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 30. Damage was estimated at $1,500. Driving intoxicated Jimmy E. Cato, of a Warner Robins address, was stopped by police for making an improper turn and subsequently charged with Driving Under the Influence and Driving On A Suspended License at 1:05 a.m. on Oct. 1. Domestic Problem Vamcheria E. Brown, of 1603 Macon Rd., complained to police that she and her husband had been involved in a domestic dispute at 11:45 a.m. Oct. 1. Driving intoxicated Otis Brown, of 804 Gum St., was arrested by police after trying to avoid a license check Oct. 1 at 6:58 p.m. He was later charged with Driving Under the Influence and Driving on a Suspended License. Window broken Sheila Williams, of a Roughton St. address, told police that while she was driving along W.F. Ragin Dr. on Oct. 1 at 6:50 p.m., someone broke the right passenger window in her auto. Damage was estimated at $l5O. Laundry burglarized Lamar DeLoach, owner of the New Perry Cleaner and Laundry, located at 736 Main St, told police that someone had had burglarized that business. Entry was made through an attic fan in the rear of the store. A cash register was found in the middle of the business. The incident happened sometime between 5 p.m. on Oct. 1 and 9:03 a.m. on Oct 2. Driving intoxicated Kenneth Askew, of 1334 Jackson Lane, was arrested by police after being stopped for a traffic violation on Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. Askew was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Driving Without A License. Purse stolen Mary House, of a Gainesville address, complained to police that while she was shopping at a local business on Oct. 1 at 1:53 p.m., someone stole a brown leather pocket book from her Jeep. The pocketbook contained about S9OO in cash and a variety of charge cards. Items stolen Mark Myhra, of an Ohio address, told police that a cargo truck he was traveling in was targeted by burglers sometime between 6 a.m. on Oct. 1 and 7:28 p.m. on Oct. 2. Taken was a 13-inch television, two shirts, a cassette radio, a clock, heater and various other items. Stalking Gloria Rich, of 1307 Houston Lake Rd., told police that she had been harrassed by someone following her and harrassing her while on the job and at home on Oct. 2. Robbery by force Julio Madum, of a Morrow address, complained to police that she had been robbed by force while visiting here on Oct. 2 at 2:35 a.m. Disorderly conduct Police arrested Billy Walker, of 317 Courtney Hodges Blvd., after an officer observed the man fighting with another subject while on patrol Oct. 2 at 2:21 a.m. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct School entered Phil Smith, principal of Perry High School, complained to police that someone had entered that school sometime between 4 a.m. Oct. 2 and 7:26 a.m. Oct. 3. No items were reported missing. Violating bond Pamela Sullivan, of 1804 Kings Chapel Rd., complained to police Oct. 2 at 7:56 p.m. that her estranged husband had violated a conditional bond set forth by the Hubert Bennett court system that he not visit the premises on which she lived. The complainant's husband was located inside her apartment. Concession open Adrienne Hilton, an employee of the City of Perry, told police that someone had forced open a door to a concession stand located at Creek wood Park on Oct. 2 at 7:14 p.m. Thaft by taking John Newberry Jr. told police that someone had stolen items from his home on Oct. 2 at approximately 5:03 p.m. Marijuana possession Carlton Franklin Brown, of a Warner Robins address, was arrested by police on Oct. 3 at 7:18 p.m. after receiving a call that the man appeared to be driving intoxicated. Brown was later stopped and found to have in his possession less than an ounce of marijuana. Drunkeness charges Timothy Dean Cummings, of a Florida address, was arrested by police after being stopped on a routine traffic check Oct. 4 at 12:11 a.m. He was charged with Drinking, Drunkeness and Intoxication.
