in the Security Deed from J. CLIFTON KEY
to ADVANCE MORTGAGE
CORPORATION dated October 20.1964,
recorded in Deed Book 226, Page 145,
HOUSTON County, Georgia Records,
given to secure a Note of even date in the
original principal amount of FIFTEEN
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/
100 Dollars ($15,900.00), with interest as
provided therein on the unpaid balance
until paid; said Security Deed having been
last sold, assigned, transferred and
conveyed to EMIGRANT SAVINGS BANK
recorded in HOUSTON County, Georgia
Records; there will be sold at public outcry
to the highest and the best bidder for cash
before the Courthouse door of HOUSTON
County, Georgia, within the legal hours of
sale on the first Tuesday in November,
1994, the following described properly:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
'ying and being in Land Lot 145, Fifth District,
Houston County, Georgia, which is known
and designated as Lot 3, Block “C”, Hill and
Dale Estates, Section No. 1, according to
plat of survey made by Waddle Surveying
Company, Inc., and recorded in Plat Elook
8, Page 164, Clerk’s Office, Houston
Superior Court. Said plat and the record
thereof are hereby made a part of this
description by reference thereto.
Said property is further described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point where the
westerly boundary of Watson Road
intersects with the northerly boundary of
Oakdale Drive, if said streets were extended
to form an angle instead of a curve; thence
in a westerly direction along the northerly
boundary of Oakdale Drive for a distance of
170 feet to the point of beginning of the
property herein described; thence South
54° 33' 30" West along the northerly
boundary of Oakdale Drive for a distance of
80 feet to a point; thence North 35° 26' 30-
West along the line separating Lots 3 and 4
for a distance of 125 feet to a point; thence
North 54° 33' 30" East along the line
separating Lot 3 herein described from
Lots 15 and 16 for a distance of 80 feet to
a point; thence South 35° 26’ 30‘ East
along the line separating Lots 2 and 3 for a
distance of 125 feetto the point of beginning
of the property herein described.
The property described herein is subject
to alO foot drainage easement across its
north
erly boundary as shown by recorded
plat of survey, reference above.
There is located on said property a new
dwelling house known as 105 Oakdale
Drive, according to the numbering sy stem
of the City of Warner Robins, Georgia, and
other improvements including one (1) 40
gallon water heater.
The debt secured by said Security Deed
has been and is hereby declared due
because of, among other possible events
of default, non-payment of the monthly
installments on said loan. The debt
remaining in default, this sale will be made
for the purpose of paying the same and all
expenses of this sale, including attorney’s
fees.
The property will be sold subject to any
outstanding ad valorem taxes, any
assessments, and any liens superior to the
Security Deed first set out above; and to the

Company, dated April 24, 1986, recorded
in Deed Book 716, Page 497, Houston
County, Georgia Records, as last
transferred to AmSouth Mortgage
Company, Inc. by assignment dated
January 1.1987 to be recorded in the Office
■of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Houston
County, Georgia, conveying the after
described property to secure a Note in the
original principal amount of SIXTY FOUR
THOUSAND & NO/100 DOLLARS
($64,000.00), with interest thereon as set
forth therein, there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash before
the courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in November, 1994, the

lying and being in Land Lot 149 of the Fifth
Land District of Houston County, Georgia,

WHEREAS, on September 21, 1992,
Wilbur Marlow executed and delivered to
South Georgia Equity Corporation a
deed to secure debt conveying the following
described real estate to secure payment of
a promissory note of even date therewith,
such deed to secure debt having recorded
