Clinton Duncan Chapter, United Daughters of the Confederacy, met at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 7, at the home of Mrs. George (Sybil) Brown at Henderson. Seventeen members, one guest and an assis tant to the hostess attended. Mrs. Edward Lusk, president, presided over the business meeting and reported on the State District meetings at which she and other members represented the chapter. She showed the attractive Georgia District UDC scarf she recently re ceived. The chapter will send one or more recipes to be included in the U. D. C. Cookbook which is to be published this Fall. Tammy is the daughter of Ruth Reynolds of Byron. Jeff is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Prestridge of Macon. The Rev. Scott Stewart officiated the service and the wedding music was provided by Vicki Williams. The Bridal Gown was a fitted, full length, satin, candle light gown with a fitted v-shaped bodice and a heart-shaped neckline. The gown was enhanced with lace, pearls and sequins.
