Bom in Birmingham, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Brittan H. and Alice May Tingle Parker. She was the widow of William C. Gray. She was a civil service employee, retired from Charleston Navy Air Station in South Carolina. Alma had lived in Perry since 1976, moving from Charleston. She was a member of Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church. Survivors: stepchildren, Lillie Hatfield and Billy Gray, both of Columbia, S.C.; sisters, Margarete P. Call and Alice P. Gray, both of Perry, and Inez P. Hagan of Charleston; two nieces, Joan Curry and Jeanette Collins, both of Raleigh, N.C.; nephews, Steve Gray of Raleigh, N.C., Willie Hagan Jr. and Bob Call Jr., both of Charleston, S.C. and Edward Call of Dunedin, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Services: Were held Saturday, Oct. 15, 1994 in the Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church at 2 p.m. Burial took place in the church cemetery. The Revs. Floyd Hagan and Steve Gray officiated. The family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Houston County, P.O. Box 1023, Warner Robins 31099-1023. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Earlene Williamson Bowen EASTMAN-Earlene Williamson Bowen, 68, of Eastman, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 1994 after a brief illness. Bom in Candler County, she had lived in Eastman for 43 years. She was a member of Cottondale Baptist Church in Eastman. Survivors: husband, Robert Howaro Bowen of Eastman; children, Jeanelle Land, Carlene Pierce and Carl Bowen, all of Perry; two sisters, Dora Lee Hill and Willie Bell Eckonrod, both of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services: Were held Monday, Oct. 17, 1994 in the Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Jlome in Vidalia at 3 p.m. Burial took place in the Old Mount Zion Cemetery, near Lyons. The Rev. H. G. Ridgdill officiated. Virginia Scott Hathaway Virginia Scott Hathaway, 74, of Perry, died Monday, Oct. 17, 1994 .n a Missouri hospital. Born in Lecompton, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Howard Osborne and Wilma Scott Morris. She was a 1937 graduate of Lecompton High School. She was an employee of Sunflower Ordnance Works during World War 11. She moved to Perry in 1958 where she was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a homemaker and her hobby was reading. She was the widow of Boyd Hathaway Jr. Survivors: sons, Michael Boyd Hathaway of Baton Rouge, La., David Hathaway of Macon, and James Howard Hathaway of Tallahassee, Fla.; brother and sisters, Bob Morris, Carol Kibbee, Nancy Howard and Mary Sue Christman, all of Lacompton, and Anne Smith of Overland Park, Kan.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services: Will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19, 1994 in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Lecompton at 11 a.m. Contributions may be made to the Center for Basic Cancer Research, Kansas State University or to Lecompton United Methodist Church. Eunice Stubbs Lee PARROTT-Eunice Stubbs Lee, 74, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1994 in a Macon hospital. Born in Eatonton, she was a graduate of Eatonton High School and Georgia State College for Women. She was a lieutenant in the Navy WAVES during World War 11. She had lived in Parrott for 50 years and was a member of Parrott Baptist Church. She taught home economics and elementary grades in Doughtery and Terrell Counties for 28 years. She was assistant regional librarian, retired from Lake Blackshear Regional Library in Americus. She was a member of the Terrell County Retired Teachers Association, the Cancer Society Board, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Parrott Bridge Club. Survivors: a son, George H. Lee of Macon; brothers and sisters, F. Pete Stubbs of Decatur, James B. Stubbs of Perry, Evan B. Stubbs of Lansing, Illinois, Mary Stubbs Pratt of New Castle, Del., and Ann S. Garris of St. Francisville, La.; and two grandchildren. Services: Were held Sunday, Oct. 16, 1994 in the Parrott Cemetery at 4 p.m. The Revs. David Martin, James D. Myrtle Louise Rowe Rawlins Myrtle Louise Rowe Rawlins, 88, of 1106 Kings Chapel Road, died Wednesday, Ot. 5, 1994. Bom in Habersham County, she was the daughter of the late William and Zadie McCroskey Rowe. She was the widow of Samuel M. Rawlins Sr. She had lived in Gwinnett County most of her life and had lived in Perry more than three years. She was a member of Grayson United Methodist Church and was a self-employed interior designer. Survivors: two sons, Dr. George Rawlins of Perry and Sam Rawlins Jr. of Dunwoody; sisters and brother, Irene Graham of Perry, Nylic Radford of Braselton, and Luke Rowe of Stone Mountain; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Services: Were held Thursday, Oct. 6, 1994 in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Grayson at 2 p.m. The Rev. Tom Rowe officiated. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry had chage of arrangements. Issac Leroy Reynolds MACON-Issac Leroy Reynolds, 45, of Macon, died recently at his residence. Survivors: sister and brother, Wanda Reynolds Gamto of Fort Valley and William Reynolds of Delaware; and stepmother, Paralee Reynolds of Perry. Services: Were held Monday, Oct. 17, 1994 in the Bethel Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Burial took place in the church cemetery. The Rev. W. C. Gordon officiated.
